Muscatel teas from @mittalteas are here! Again this year, @sanskriti.collection sent me some samples of the 2021 summer harvest. So-called "muscatel" teas are actually teas that develop a stronger "muscatel" fruity aroma due to insect bites on the leaves like jassids. A bit like the oriental....

Today is my first post for my @sanskriti.collection tea tasting collaboration with the amazing @sciencesthe. As a perfume lover, my approach will of course be more focused on the olfactory/taste aspect of the tea. As mentioned in my previous post about tea tasting, gathering all the notes during a tea session is my favourite part of the experience. I mostly do so with unscented teas, but when great quality scented teas come my way, it instantly peaks my interest.
